Once activated, our system connects you directly to our control centre, where one of our incident managers will assess the situation. Depending on what’s going on they will ring your keyholder or will call the police, who are far more likely to respond to an alarm that has been verified by the call centre.
Even better, just the sound of the operator’s voice can be enough to scare off the burglar. This is probably the very best outcome of all – the intruder runs away before they have stolen anything or assaulted anyone.
Our systems are fully installed. Just call us and we will arrange for one of our installers to book an appointment with you to assess your home and to provide a personal quotation. If you are happy with it they will install the system and test it, and show you how to use it. From that moment on you are fully protected.

- Intruder protection – as soon as the alarm is triggered the system connects to the control centre and the police are alerted.
- Panic alert – if you are concerned about anything (perhaps you have seen someone outside the home looking suspicious) you can trigger the alarm system and you will immediately be connected to a real person.
- Medical emergency alert – it’s not just home security, it’s all aspects of home safety, including medical. There are many medical triggers which can be wirelessly linked to the system, ringing through to the control centre if there is a problem. The control centre can then reassure you or your family member, and can ring your neighbour or family member who will come to your aid immediately. If the medical condition is serious they will call for an ambulance.
- Fire, smoke and carbon monoxide detection – the call centre can alert the fire services when suitable triggers raise the alarm.
