providing our own monitoring centre we are able to instantly respond to
any activation and take the appropriate course of action to resolve the
situation.
We
ensure that we employ the most knowledgeable experts in the field of
monitored security to ensure that all of our customers, be they
domestic or commercial, receive the same high quality service.
This means that from initial installation of a Securahomes or Securatec
system through to interactions with any of our incident managers or
service engineers, you can be assured that they have all been trained
to the highest standards.
We
moved in February 2007 to new Head Office premises in West Yorkshire
where a new monitoring centre has been built utilising the very latest
technology to ensure we can further improve our service to all our
customers. Additionally, new research and development facilities
have been incorporated into the new premises which allows us to test
new technologies as they become available.
