The system is incredibly easy to use. Arming and disarming it is simple, and there are options to do this by sending a text (if the optional GSM module is fitted).

It is very secure. If you are concerned that a burglar or intruder could defeat the alarm by cutting your telephone wires then we can offer a GSM module which uses a mobile phone signal to connect to the monitoring centre. Added to this, the various alarm triggers are connected to the control unit by wireless signals, so again no wires that can be cut!

No mess installation. We use wireless technology to connect everything together, so no channels cut into walls to hide unsightly wires.

We come to you. Our installers operate throughout the UK, so it doesn’t matter where you live, we can come and install the system.

Total piece of mind. Once installed you can rest easy knowing that whatever happens help is only a call away, and that there will be someone to talk to who can reassure you, can call the relevant emergency service for you, or can call your neighbour or next of kin.

We’re always here. Our monitoring centre is there 24 hours a day every single day of the year.

Improved response from the emergency services. These days there are so many false alarms that the police are reluctant to respond to an alarm from a ‘bells only’ or simple alarm signal system unless there is a separate confirmation of something untoward from someone like a neighbour. Now, because our monitoring centre connects directly to your home and (once an alarm has been triggered), they can listen in to what is happening, the police are more likely to respond.

Total privacy. The monitoring centre can’t ring your system and listen to what is going on in your home. They are only connected when an alarm is triggered, which is exactly when you want them to be connected.
